Простейший прием изонити (или ее еще называют нитеграфика) - заполнение угла позволит сделать изящные звездочки или елочку, а заполнение окружности - прибавить к ним колокольчики. Ну, а фантазируя, можно сделать все что угодно (загляните на эту страницу).
Нити могут быть какими угодно - обычные швейные, мулине, ирис, люрекс. Творить хорошо на бархатной бумаге - она нарядная и на ней не видны тонкие дырочки, хотя, можно использовать даже наждачную бумагу, фактура которой интересна сама по себе.
