Чесночный хлеб

На 8 порций: 3 зубчика чеснока, 175 г. размягченного масла, 6 хлебцев с отрубями, разрезанных вдоль пополам, 6 белых длинных булок, разрезанных вдоль пополам.
Чеснок тщательно раздавить в прессе и как следует смешать с маслом. Намазать толстым слоем (не отказывайте себе в удовольствии) половинки хлеба. Сложить половинки вместе. Выпекать в духовке около 30 мин. Можно завернуть в фольгу, тогда хлеб будет мягче.
