Апельсиновый ликер с джином

2 апельсина, 1 лимон, 1 зерно аниса, 8 ягод можжевельника, 1 кусочек сушеного имбиря, 250 г. сахарного песка, 0,7 л джина
Апельсины и лимоны обдать кипятком и тонко срезать цедру. Цедру вместе с пряностями и сахаром положить в красивую бутыль или графин и залить джином. Поставить ликер настаиваться на 2 недели в светлое место.

Фрукты и орехи в коньяке

250 г сушеного инжира, 125 г сушеных фиников без косточек, 125 г грецких орехов, корица на кончике ложки, 1 пакетик ванилина, 4 зерна кардамона, цедра 1/2 лимона, 50 г сахарного песка, ок. 0,7 л коньяка
Инжир, финики, орехи, пряности, цедру лимона и сахар положить в подходящую стеклянную бутыль и залить коньяком. Закрыть крышкой и выдержать в темном месте ок. 3 недель.
