Утка с апельсинами

1 тушка утки (1,5 - 1,8 кг), 1 ст. л. жира, 1 ч. л. майонеза, 1 - 2 бутона гвоздики, 2 апельсина, зелень
Утку размять на разделочной доске. Вдоль спины, по позвоночнику, острым ножом сделать надрез и вынуть основные кости (стараться не травмировать шкурку). Отбить, посолить, натереть перцем и измельченной гвоздикой. Оставить на 30-40 мин. Жарить в прогретой духовке до готовности.
