Кальмары с чесноком

На 6 порций: 1,4 кг кальмаров, 175 г. сливочного масла, 6 измельченных зубчиков чеснока, 3 ст. л. нарезанной петрушки, цедра и сок 1 большого лимона, соль и молотый черный перец.
Кальмаров промыть, почистить, снять пленку и разрезать пополам. Растопить в большой сковороде масло и нагреть, пока оно не начнет пузыриться. Добавить чеснок. Быстро обжарить кальмаров, перевернув их 1 раз в течение 3 минут. Добавить петрушку, цедру и лимоный сок. Приправить солью и перцем. Аккуратно выложить кальмаров на блюдо и немедленно подать к столу.
