Для теста: 1 ст. ложка меда, 1 яйцо, 1 стакан сахара, 50 г масла, 3 ст. ложки молока, 2 стакана муки.
Мед, яйцо, сахар, масло, молоко положить в миску и поставить на кастрюльку с кипящей водой. Когда все продукты растворятся, снять миску с кастрюли, добавить 1/2 чайной ложки соды, муку, замесить тесто, поставить на холод. Затем разделить тесто на 5-6 частей, раскатать коржи. (Тесто раскатывается трудно, вам придется руками распределить его на смазанной сковородке). Выпекать коржи до светло-коричневого цвета. Крем: взбейте сметану с сахарным песком. Можно добавить в него клубнику или малину, размятую вилкой, в зимнее время – варенье или смородину, протертую с сахаром. Кремом прослоить коржи и обмазать весь торт. Поставить в холодильник.
