Праздничный

Для теста: сливочное масло 100 г, желтки 4 шт., сахар 230 г, сметана 1 ст. ложка, сода 1 ч. ложка, лимонная кислота или уксус 5 г, 240 г мука.
Для крема 1: чернослив 500 г, масло сливочное 300 г, 100 г сахара, орехи грецкие 1 стакан.
Крем 2: 4 белка, 80 г сахара.
Сливочное масло размягчить, добавить желтки и сахар, все тщательно размягчить, пока масса не станет однородной. Добавить сметану, погашенную уксусом или лимонной кислотой соду, муку. Все перемешать, выложить на форму, смазанную предварительно маслом. Испечь по очереди три коржа. Приготовить крем: распарить чернослив, вынуть косточки, пропустить через мясорубку. Отдельно взбить масло с сахарным песком. Смешать с подготовленным черносливом, добавить, если есть, стакан очищенных грецких орехов. Кремом промазать все коржи, а затем весь торт. Сверху торт смазать белками, взбитыми с сахаром, посыпать оставшимися грецкими орехами.
