Фисташковая баклава (пахлава)

9 листов слоеного теста, растопленное сливочное масло для смазывания, 100 г фисташек, измельченных, 50 г сахарного песка, 1 ч. ложка корицы, молотой.
Для сиропа: 4 ст. ложки жидкого меда, 225 г сахарного песка, сок 2 лимонов, 4 капли ванильной эссенции.
Нагрейте духовку до 180 гр. С. Положите лист теста на противень и смажьте растопленным маслом. Сверху положите еще 1 лист теста. Повторите процедуру. Посыпьте 1/3 фисташек, сахара и корицы. Положите еще 3 листа смазанного маслом теста и посыпьте оставшимися фисташками, сахаром и корицей. Накройте оставшимися 3 листами теста, смазанными маслом. Выпекайте 20-25 мин., пока тесто не станет поджаристым и хрустящим. Для сиропа: перемешайте мед, сахар, лимонный сок и ванильную эссенцию и кипятите смесь в течение 2 мин. Когда баклава будет готова, выньте ее из духовки и нарежьте ромбиками. Залейте горячим сиропом и оставьте остывать в противне.
