Мука – 400 г, маргарин – 200 г, сахар – 220 г, яйца (желтки) – 2 шт., дрожжи – 10 г, еловые шишки – 6 шт. Маргарин размять до пластичности, хорошо растереть с сахаром, ввести желтки, дрожжи, растворенные в молоке, просеянную муку, все перемешать до образования однородной массы. Замешенное тесто оставить в теплом месте на 10 – 15 минут, выложить на подпыленный стол, скатать в жгутики, разрезать на части, сформовать шарики, с помощью ножниц придать им форму шишек, уложить на лист, выпечь в духовке, куда поместить в глиняных горшочках или формочках насеченные еловые шишки. В процессе выпечки печенье пропитывается еловым запахом.
