Снеговик

Из обычного дрожжевого теста испечь бриоши – это булочки, состоящие из четырех небольших шариков теста – три внизу, один сверху. Для снеговика бриоши надо делать большими, чтобы снеговик получился крупным. Когда бриоши остынут, нужно покрыть их глазурью. Для этого просеять сахарную пудру – 250 г, собрать в холмик, сделать углубление, влить туда сок лимона. Отдельно взбить белок и половину пены тоже влить в пудру. Постепенно влить остальной белок, постоянно перемешивая. Массу взбить миксером, она должна быть блестящей и пенистой, полить ею снеговика сверху, с головы. Открытые места осторожно замазать лопаточкой, и сразу, пока не высох, сделать из изюма глаза, из фруктов – нос и рот. Такой аппетитный снеговик великолепно украсит новогодний стол, удачным дополнением к нему будет также печенье.
