Для теста: 2 стакана моркови, натертой на крупной терке, 200 г маргарина, 1 стакан сахарного песка, 2 яйца, количество муки зависит от сочности моркови. (Тесто должно быть некрутое, но хорошо раскатываться).
Разотрите яйца с сахаром, в отдельной посуде растопите маргарин. Смешайте все продукты (кроме моркови), добавьте соду на кончике ножа. Добавьте морковь, натертую на крупной терке и тщательно все перемешайте. Белки взбейте миксером или венчиком, осторожно ввести в тесто. Замесите тесто. В разогретой предварительно духовке испеките 3 коржа. Когда коржи будут готовы, охладите их немного и смажьте их кремом. Для приготовления крема взбейте миксером банку сгущенного молока и 150 г сливочного масла. Сверху торт можно украсить очищенными и мелко изрубленными миндальными или грецкими орехами.
